It is highly recommended to install Jabra PC Suite. 9.2 uPDATE FIRMWARE updating firmware improves performance or adds new functionality to your Jabra PRO 935. Jabra PC Suite must be installed to update firmware. To update firmware: 1. Connect to a PC using the uSB cable. -
