    Hardware Installation 1. Connect one of the CV-117 to your DVI source. 2. Connect the other CV-117 to your DVI display. 3. Make sure the CAT-5/5e/6 LAN cable is tightly connected between the DVI source and the display with the CV-117.
  • Page 6 Notice 1. The CV-117 may not be compatible with the DVI sources and displays that feature resolutions not in the aspect ratio of 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10. 2. All DVI over CAT5 transmission distances are measured using Belden 1583A CAT5e 125MHz LAN cable and ASTRODESIGN Video Signal Generator VG-859C.

    Limited Warranty The SELLER warrants the CV-117 DVI over Single CAT5 Direct Plug-in Extender to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase from the SELLER or an authorized dealer. Should this product fail to be in good working order within 1 year warranty period, The SELLER, at its option, repair or replace the unit, provided that the unit has not been subjected to accident, disaster, abuse or any unauthorized modifications including static discharge and power surge.
