PRIMARY SHEAVE AND DRIVE V-BELT

• Primary sheave assembly 1

Use the primary sheave holder 2, primary sheave

puller 3, and primary fixed sheave puller bolt

attachment (90mm).

• Fixed sheave 1

• Sliding sheave 3

Removal steps:

• Immerse the primary sheave assembly in 80 ~

100 °C (176 ~ 212 °F) water for several min-

• Attach the lower piece of the clutch spider sepa-

rator 6 onto a rigid table using suitable mount-

• Then, install the clutch separator adapter 7

onto the separator.
