OIL PAN AND OIL PUMP

Loosen each bolt 1/4 of a turn at a time, in stages

and in a crisscross pattern. After all of the bolts are

fully loosened, remove them.

• Oil pump driven gear 1

• While holding the oil pump driven gear with the

rotor holding tool 2, loosen the oil pump driven

• To prevent the oil pump chain falling into the

crankcase, fasten it with a wire.

Rotor holding tool:

Universal magneto & rotor holder:

• Oil pump housing

• Oil pump covers

Cracks/damage/wear → Replace the defec-

tive part(-s).
