Save out an All file into USB position 001, to
Menu > Fi > All > All Save USB > Execute
create the correct folder structure.
Save to USB 001
Take the USB stick to a computer and find the folder containing the 'All' file that you just saved.
Delete all the files in this folder. Then paste into this same folder the Production Support files, typically
obtained via email.
