Subject: Blinking Picture With Local Weather Channel
Symptom:
(2314)
On the Weather Channel when the program switches from the national to local
weather the picture may, jump, blink, or may blank out.
Solution:
If the customer should complain about the symptoms above then please
check in the Service Mode that VSS=1. If not change VSS to 1 and recheck to verify
if the problem is solved
if the symptom is still present then change the jungle IC355, on the A Board, with
the new type below. The adjustments for Vertical, Horizontal, Color, and Hue will also
needed to be re-adjusted.
