TROUBLESHOOTING AND EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Fault / malfunction
Engine does not start
Engine is running but loader
will not drive
Possible cause
Handbrake not set, drive direction switched
Fuel reservoir empty
Fuel filter clogged, paraffin separation in winter
Release solenoid on the engine does not at-
tract
Fuel line is leaky
Starting speed too low
Set the handbrake
Handbrake switch is defective
Inch cartridge is not in neutral position
The solenoids on the transmission pump are
not getting any power
Remedy
Set the handbrake, shift to neutral
Fill up the reservoir and vent the fuel system if
necessary
Change the fuel filter, use winter diesel
Check the fuses
Retighten all the threaded connections and
clamps
Check and charge the battery, check that bat-
tery terminals fit tightly
Release the handbrake
Replace the handbrake switch
Check and, if necessary, repair the inch car-
tridge and brake shoe return spring
Check the fuses, and have the multi-function
lever and the electronics checked at the ga-
rage
