Uninstalling the Modem Software
To remove the Ethernet Diagnostic Utility and the USB driver from a computer in which this software has been
installed it is best to use the associated Uninstall feature located in the D-Link DSL Family Folder. This folder
also contains the Ethernet Diagnostic Utility and is located in your Programs folder (unless you specified a
different location during the installation of the DSL-302G software).
To launch the automatic uninstall program that will remove the DSL-302G Ethernet Diagnostics Utility and the
USB device driver:
1. From the Start menu, go to Programs and find the D-Link DSL Family folder. Double-click on
Uninstall DSL302G Diagnostic and USB Driver.
2. Follow the instructions as they appear in the dialog boxes that appear on your desktop. First you are
asked to confirm that you want to remove the software. Click OK to proceed.
3. It will take a few seconds to remove the various components of the application from your system. After
the software has been deleted you will need to restart your computer to fully remove the application.
