Overview of the HDD system
Recorded tracks on the HDD are sorted out by
folders as follows:
-When no folder is selected before recording, a
new empty album is created inside the
"Folder 001" folder and recorded tracks are
stored there automatically.
(See "CD@'
and "CD@'
in the diagram.)
- When a certain folder is selected before
recording, new empty album is created inside
the selected folder and recorded tracks are
stored there automatically.
(See "CD@" in the diagram.)
Example:
"CD@'
and "CD@':
No folder is selected
"CD@": "Folder 002" is selected.

Recording an album/track
onto the HDD

You can select and record onto the HDD an item
you want from a CD.

To change the recording bit rate. press a.

recording source information,

Rotate the R dial to select the track
you want to record, then press the R

To cancel the item being selected, press the R
dial again.
Repeat step 4 until you finish selecting
all desired tracks.

Recording starts and playback of a disc starts
automaGcally when all tracks are recorded.
Notes

/f you cance/ recording !n the midd/e of a track, the
current track is not recorded. Previous tracks
remain.

The indication of recording time on the recordfng
disp/ay is approxfmate.

You can record up to 200 a/bums in a folder and up
to 2000 albums on the HDD.
