Moving a track to an "MG
Memory Stick"
- Move-Out
You can take in movable music data on the HDD
to an "MC Memory Stick". With this operation
(Move-Out). music data and all of its information
are transferred and nothing is left remaining.
Press (?XXF?X] repeatedly to select
"MEMORY STICK."
Press m.
The menu display appears.
Rotate the Fl dial to select "Check In,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select "Check In,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select the track
you want to Check-In, then press the R
dial.
The selected item is mat-ked with '.J .'.
In the default setting, ' ,111 trachs are selected in
the track name list.
To
select specific track\. prey m
(ALL) to
cancel the selection fires.
To cancel the item being selected, press the R
dial again.
Repeat step 5 to select all tracks you
want to Check-In.
Press (FiJ (START).
Check-In starts.
The normal display appears when Check-In is
completed.
To cancel Check-In
Press m
(CANCEL).
Note
On/y fhe tracks fhat can be Checked-/n are displayed
in the list.

Press (!BUFZF)
repeatedly to select
"HDD."
Press B.
The menu display appears
Rotate the R dial to select "Check
Out," then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select "Move Out,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select the track
you want to Move-Out, then press the
R dial.
The selected item is marked with "4."
In the default setting. all tracks are selected in
the track name list.
To select specific tracks, press a
(ALL) to
cancel the selection first.
To cancel the item being selected, press the R
dial again.
Repeat step 5 to select all tracks you
want to Move-Out.
Press m
(ENTER).
Move-Out starts.
The normal display appears when Move-Out
finishes.
To cancel Move-Out
Press m
(CANCEL).
Notes

Move-Out cannot be carried out if an "MG Memory
Stick"is fu// or the number of Moved-Out tracks in an
"MG Memory Sfick" has reached the /imit.
l
On/y fhe tracks thaf can be Moved-Out are displayed
in the /ist.
Tip
You can Move-Out LIP to 400 tracks to an "MG Memory
Stick."
