HDD

The audio file and all the information related are
transferred to the HDD. The audio file
information does not remain on the "MCI
Memory Stick" after Move-In is completed.

Press (ZZ3UWF) repeatedly to select
"MEMORY STICK."
Press m.
The menu display appears
Rotate the R dial to select "Check In,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select "Move In,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select the track
you want to Move In, then press the R
dial.
The selected item is marked with "/ ."
In the default setting, a11 tracks are selected in
the track name list.
To select specific tracks, press a
(ALL) to
cancel the selection first.
To cancel the item being selected, press the R
dial again.
Repeat step 5 to select all the tracks
you want to Move-In.
Press a
(ENTER).
Move-In starts.
The normal display appears when Move-In
finishes.
To cancel Move-In
Press a
(CANCEL).

the /ist.
- Import
You can import audio files from an .'MG
Memory Stick" into the HDD.
Press
(SOURCE)
repeatedly to select
"MEMORY STICK."
Press m.
The menu display appears
Rotate the R dial to select "Check In,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select "Import,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select the track
you want to import.
The selected item is marked with "+' ."
In the default setting, all tracks are selected in
the track name list.
To select specific tracks, press m
(ALL) to
cancel the selection first.
To cancel the item being selected, press the R
dial again.
Repeat step 5 to select all tracks you
want to import.
Press m
(ENTER).
Import starts.
The normal playback display appears when
import is completed.
To cancel Import
Press m
(CANCEL).

Check-Out is the only possib/e measure to transfer
an imported track to a "Memory SficV or a Network
Wa/kman.

On/y the tracks that can be imported are disp/ayed in
the /ist.
