Storing data onto the HDD
- Backup
You can temporarily store any digital camera
data in a .'Memory Stick.. or voice data in an IC
recorder together to the HDD.

Restoring data into a
"Memory Stick"
- Restore
Returning stored data to the "Memory Stick" in
which the data originally existed.
Display the source list. (page 16)
Rotate the R dial to select "Memory
Stick," then press the Fl dial.
Rotate the R dial to select a folder to
be backed up, then press m.
Rotate the R dial to select "Backup,"
then mess the R dial.
BackL;p start\.
When backup t'ini\hes. the Li~l display
appears, Backed up data i\ stored in the
DATA t'older.
Press (@ ( ~II).
The normal display appears
To cancel Backup
Press m
(CANCEL)
Notes
l
Backed up data cannot be p/ayed back on this unit.
l
Fo/ders such as H/F/ fo/ders and CONTROL fo/ders
cannot be backed UD.
Display the source list. (page 16)

Rotate the R dial to select "DATA,"
then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select the backed
up folder, then press the R dial.
Rotate the R dial to select the data by
the backed UII date, then Dress

Restore starts. The normal display appears
when restore is completed.

You cannot restore the data white the "Memory
Sfick" is being p/ayed back.
