Drain Hose If the 7 foot drain hose provided is not long enough, an Mounting brackets additional piece of hose is needed to connect the drain hose to the sink, disposer or air gap. The rubber drain hose must be resistant to heat and detergent. The drain hose may be obtained from a plumbing, hardware or automotive supply outlet.

Door Tension Adjustment After installation of the dishwasher open and close the door several times. The door should open and close easily with very little force required to lift the door when fully open. If the door closes too quickly, or if the door falls open the spring tension should be adjusted.
