Type of setpoint display
If the RVL470 with a connected QAW70 is isolated from the mains network and then
reconnected, the following parameters on the QAW70 will be overwritten with the set-
tings made on the RVL470:
•
Time of day and weekday
•
Complete heating program
•
Room temperature setpoint of NORMAL heating
•
Room temperature setpoint of REDUCED heating
This means that the RVL470 is always the data master.
Based on the room temperatures of the individual apartments, the central unit OZW30
(software version 3.0 or higher) generates a load signal. This signal is passed on via
LPB to the RVL470 where it produces an appropriate change of the flow temperature
setpoint.
The RVL470 offers the following communication choices:
•
Signalling the heat demand of several RVL470 to the heat generating equipment
•
Exchange of locking and forced signals
•
Exchange of measured values such as outside temperature, return temperature and
flow temperature as well as clock signals
•
Communication with other devices
•
Exchange of fault status signals
For detailed information about the communication via LPB, refer to the following pieces
of documentation:
•
Data sheet N2030E, "Basic System Data"
•
Data sheet N2032E, "Basic Engineering Data"
