If you cannot scan using the thumbnail preview in Epson Scan, check the following:
• Make sure you are using Home Mode or Professional Mode.
• If you are using Home Mode, the Document Type must be set to Photograph.

• Make sure you placed your original for scanning facing the correct way.
• If you are scanning using the Epson Scan Black & White setting, adjust the Threshold setting and
