This section provides instructions for installing remote fibre-channel boot support for
a Windows Server 2003 host system.
You must obtain the following items before you can install remote fibre-channel boot
support:
v The IBM TotalStorage Enterprise Storage Server Subsystem Device Driver User's
v The IBM TotalStorage DS6000 Introduction and Planning Guide.
v Either the Windows 2003 CD-ROM or a set of Windows 2003 setup floppy disks
v The Windows 2003 installation instructions.
v Ensure that the host adapters are installed and cable connections of the host,
v The supported fibre-channel host adapter driver package.
v The supported fibre-channel host adapter driver documentation.
v Extract and copy the driver files to a floppy.
Remote fibre-channel boot support is available for Windows 2003 with or without
