TROUBLESHOOTHING THE COF ICS
COF is Chip On Film. If any of the tests indicate the junction is shorted or leaking, the adjacent COF
IC is defective. As a result the PDP panel will have to be replaced. Each resistor is a 10.2 - 10.8 ohm
resistor.
