2. Turn off the server and peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and
external devices; then, remove the cover (see "Removing the cover" on page
36).
3. Align the holder and place the holder on the system tray.

v There is one holder can be installed in the 3.5-inch models.
v There are two holders can be installed in the 2.5-inch models.

4. Fasten the two screws come with the holder and make sure that the holder is
secured firmly on the system tray.
5. Replacing the cover (see "Replacing the cover" on page 203).
6. Slide the server into the rack.
7. Reconnect the power cords and all external cables, and turn on the server and
peripheral devices.
Removing and replacing Tier 1 CRUs
Replacement of Tier 1 CRUs is your responsibility. If Lenovo installs a Tier 1 CRU
at your request, you will be charged for the installation.
