Error Code Description
40200033 A critical system board temperature
condition detected.
40200051 An inlet temperature warning detected.
(High temperature sensed at the air flow
inlet.)
40200053 An inlet memory temperature condition
detected. (Critically high temperature
sensed at the air flow inlet.)
40210011 A slow fan detected.
40210014 A stopped fan detected.
40A00000 The system firmware surveillance interval
was exceeded (System firmware
surveillance time-out).
Action / Possible Failing FRU
1. Check system unit fans.

menu and select System
Information Menu, then select
Read Progress Indicators from
Last System Boot. Begin your
repair action with the error code or
checkpoint immediately preceding
40A0 0000. If a location code
appears with the error code or
checkpoint, replace the part at that
location.
3. If the problem is not resolved, call
service support.
