Error Code Description
4BA00800 Unknown error.
4BA00826 Service processor cannot call home.
4BA00827 Flash update diskette fail.
4BA00828 Flash update (CRC) checksum fail.
4BA00829 Bad system firmware.
4BA00830 Boot fail.
4BA00831 Bad service processor firmware image.
4BA00832 Error while doing flash update.
4BA10001 SSC SRAM fail
Action / Possible Failing FRU
1. Check level of service processor
firmware. If not the latest, apply
update.
2. Call service support.
1. Check the modem configuration in
the service processor menus.
2. Check the modem physical
connection to the system unit.
3. Verify (with a conventional
telephone) that the telephone line
is an active analog line.
4. Replace the modem.
5. Replace the system board.

a new, formatted diskette and
retry.
