Symptom
The power LED on the operator
panel is on solid, the power LED
on the power supply is blinking
and OK, STBY or DIAG STBY is
displayed on the operator panel
display.
When the power on switch on
the operator panel is pressed,
there is no indication of activity.
The power LED on the power
supply does not change from
blinking to solid and none of the
fans, including the fans in the
power supplies, start to turn.
The power LEDs on the operator
panel and power supplies are
blinking and OK, STBY or DIAG
STBY is displayed on the
operator panel display.
When the power on switch on
the operator panel is pressed,
the power LEDs change from
blinking to solid, the fans come
on and stay on, but the system
does not power on.
The power LED on the operator
panel is on solid, the power LED
on the power supplies are
blinking and OK, STBY or DIAG
STBY is displayed on the
operator panel display.

panel changes from blinking to
solid, the fans come on and stay
