Press the "Import device" icon and select the screeneye x. The
software automatically starts to download the stored training
sessions.
Press the "Workout editor" icon to create a workout for the coach
mode. Up to 20 steps can be added to a single workout. Transfer the
workout by pressing the "Send workout" button
