Sensors cannot be paired

If you have any problems, please take a look on our website

If pairing does not work, or if you get wrong data, or if the signal is
temporarily lost, please check, if the distance to other sensors while
pairing was bigger than 40 meters.
Make sure, that there are no other sensors of the same kind nearby
(within 40m)
Make sure that the sensors are activated.
Wet both sensors on the back (rubber area) of the heart2feel x heart
rate belt to create a strong connection between your chest and the
transmitter.
Activate the maxrun foot pod with a few movements.
Pressing the front button for 2 seconds takes you a menu level back.
