Finally configure your HiPath BizIP so that you can start using your tele- phone system immediately (see ”Initial configuration” 15). BizIP AD 20 comes with a plug-in power supply unit, a LAN cable and two S cables. The telephones in your HiPath BizIP system: BizIP 410 a and BizIP 410 e (any combination permitted). A power supply unit must then be used with the telephone if the switch used does not support "Power over Ethernet"...
Before beginning the remainder of the installation, you should have a free port on an ISDN network terminator (NTBA) and on a DSL modem (NTB- BA), depending on the type of access you require. The HiPath BizIP devices must all be located in one LAN segment without intermediate routing.
