Tool name / Function
Rotor holding tool
This tool is used to hold the generator ro-
tor when removing or installing the genera-
tor rotor bolt.
Clutch spring holder
This tool is used to disassembly and assem-
bly the secondary pulley.
Crankshaft Installation set 1

These tools are used to install the crank-
shaft.
Flywheel puller
This tool is used for removing the rotor.
Crankcase Separating tool
This tool is used to remove the crankshaft
or separate the crankcase.
Oil seal guide
This tool is used for protecting the oil seal
lip when installing the secondary sliding
sheave.
Steering nut wrench
This tool is used to loosen or tighten the
steering stem ring nut.
Sheave holder
This tool is used to hold the clutch hous-
ing when removing or installing the clutch
housing nut.
Inductive tachometer
This tool is used to check engine speed.
