- Page 5 Vaddio HD and RoboSHOT Series PTZ cameras use Cat-5e cable for video power and control. When terminating the Cat-5e cabling, make sure that each cable is marked for purpose “Power, Video or Control” and is tested for proper termination of all ends with a continuity tester. Please do not use the “pass -thru” type RJ-45 connectors.

If the product is out of warranty, Vaddio will test then repair the product or products.
