To test signal strength/coverage of the main unit to Siren follow the procedure below.

a) Installing the Siren Unit (refer to
1. Drill mounting holes (7mm diameter, 25mm minimum
in depth) into the chosen wall.
2. If a masonry wall, use the green star plugs. Press each
one into the 4 main mounting holes.
3. Make a
power cable through the wall and up into the ceiling for
power.
4. Screw the top 2 screws half way in.
5. Place the unit to support itself from the top 2 screws
through the key shape holes at the top of the main
control unit
6. Screw in and tighten the bottom two mounting screws
then tighten the top two screws.
7. Now run the 10m of low voltage cable through the roof
to the closest power point.
8. Plug the power adapter into your power point, connect
the 10m cable and then turn the power point on.

9. Now turn the key switch on the outdoor siren to the ON
position (clockwise).
10. Perform Wireless Siren Auto Test (shown below).
Set dipswitches 1 and 5 to on.
The strobe on the siren will flash every 5 seconds, and the main unit
will beep out the signal strength every 5 seconds. The beeps range
from 1-10. The minimum acceptable strength is 3.
Note: if the 3 beeps are not achieved, relocate the siren slightly. If the 3
beeps are still not achieved then relocate the siren closer to the main
unit.
