Procedure
Before downloading a network address book, ensure that the network address book
parameters (under System Settings > Network Address Book) have been set.
The icons next to the site names indicate the online status of the sites. For details about the
meaning of the icons, see the HUAWEI TP3206&TP3218&TP3218S Telepresence System
Manager Online Help.

10.5 Managing Favorite Conferences
Context
From the Telepresence System Manager, create a favorite conference and set the following
parameters for the conference: the conference name, bandwidth, encryption mode, continuous
presence mode, network record, conference password, and sites that attend the conference.
From the touch panel, you can initiate a conference using the settings of a favorite conference.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Records > Favorite Conferences > Create Conference.
Step 2 Set conference parameters.
Step 3 Click Next and select sites that attend the conference.
Step 4 Click Save.

Click Import Contacts, select a contacts file, and click Import to import the contact
information from the file to the telepresence host. The file to be imported must be in.vcf
format.
Click Export Contacts to export contacts in the telepresence host and save the contacts
in.vcf format to local storage, such as a hard disk.
The exported contacts file may contain personal information. Keep the file in a safe location.
Click Clear Contacts to delete all contacts from the telepresence system.
Contacts are also deleted from the related favorite conferences and conference history.
Click Download Network Address Book to enable the telepresence system to
automatically download the network address book from the server.
Click Sync. Contacts to synchronize the contacts on the telepresence host with the
center codec.
To view information about a site or groups, click the site. Details about the site will be
displayed in the right pane of the page.
In the Favorite Conferences page, select the favorite conference you wish to operate..
