Sending a Fax to a Fax Machine by Automatic Dialling
Searching for an auto-dial number
If you don't remember the Speed Dial number in which you have
programmed a particular fax number, you can search for the number
by following the steps below. Once you have found the number, you
can dial and transmit the loaded document by simply pressing the
START key.

Load the document(s).
• READY TO SEND appears in the
display.
• Set the resolution and/or contrast if
desired.

Press the HOLD/SEARCH key.
The display will show:
1=SEARCH DIAL,
2= REVIEW CALLS

Press 1 to select SEARCH DIAL.
The display will show:
SEARCH DIAL
SET ALPHANUM. KEY
