Sending an E-mail Message or Internet Fax by
Automatic Dialling
Note: Do not lift the handset or press the SPEAKER key during any of
the following procedures, or the e-mail message will be canceled.
Using a One Touch Dial key
If the e-mail address to which you want to send a message has been
programmed into Speed Dial 01 or 02, you can enter the address by
simply pressing One Touch Dial 1 or 2.
Note: This procedure can only be used to send a message to one
recipient. To send a message to multiple recipients, see the following
section, Using Speed Dial Numbers.

If you want to send a fax to an e-mail
address, insert the document into the
document feeder. (Otherwise, skip
this step and go directly to Step 2.)
• READY TO SEND appears in the
display.
• Set the resolution and/or contrast if
desired.

Press the e-mail key.
The display will show:
