Printing Lists
Print Setup List
This list shows your current selections for the printing settings, which
are accessed by pressing the FUNCTION key and then 6.
Transaction Report
This report is printed out automatically after a fax or e-mail operation
is completed to allow you to check the result. Your Internet fax is set
at the factory to print out the report only when an error occurs in the
case of a fax operation, and after every operation in the case of an e-
mail operation.
♦ The same headings appear in the Transaction Report as in the
Activity Report. See page 164 for an explanation of the headings.
♦ The Transaction report cannot be printed on demand.
If desired, you can change the conditions under which a report is
printed out. Follow the appropriate procedure on the following pages
depending on whether you wish to change the condition for faxes or
for e-mail operations.
