Check the status of a Z9500 license and display the number of usable ports or verify a license stored on a

remote server before you install it.

show license [flash://filepath | ftp://userid:password@host-ip/

The following is a list of the Dell Networking OS version history for this command.

In the show license command syntax, host-ip is either an IPv4 dotted decimal

address or an IPv6 [x:x:x:x::x] format address.

The following examples show sample output.

local flash directory on the switch.

Enter ftp://userid:password@host-ip/filepath to

display a license stored on a remote file server using FTP.
