Removing or Installing the Right Side Door
The right side door, also known as side cover, provides access to the disk drive bays, to
the motherboard and to the 5.25 and 3.5-inch bays.
Disconnect the power plug before working with the server.
Failure to do so may result in death or serious personal injury.
Removing the Right Side Door
1. Make sure the power switches for the computer, video monitor and any
peripheral devices are turned OFF and unplug the power cord (see the 'Safety
Precautions' chapter).
2. Disconnect the monitor and peripheral devices (printers, for instance) from the
system.
3. Unlock the right side door.
