Selects the brightness of the LCD backlight when using the

camera with battery pack.

Selects the sound produced when you operate the camera.

Selects the language to be used to display the menu items,

warnings, and messages.

Initializes the setting to the default setting.

Selects the method used to assign file numbers to images.

Selects the USB mode to be used when connecting the camera

to a computer or a PictBridge compliant printer using the cable

for multi-use terminal (DSC-W55) or the USB cable (DSC-W35).

Sets the video signal output according to the TV color system of

the connected video equipment.

Sets the date and time.
