The following example enables polling for SNTP predefined unicast clients.

sntp server
The sntp server Global Configuration mode command configures the device to
use the SNTP to request and accept Network Time Protocol (NTP) traffic from a
specified server (meaning to accept system time from an SNTP server). Use the
no form of this command to remove a server from the list of SNTP servers.

ip-address—Specifies the server IP address. This can be an IPv4, IPv6 or
IPv6z address. See

hostname—Specifies the server hostname. Only translation to IPv4
addresses is supported. (Length: 1–158 characters. Maximum label length
for each part of the hostname: 63 characters)

poll—Enables polling.

—Specifies the Authentication key to use when sending packets
to this peer. (Range:1–4294967295)
